Terms of Use

For stays exceeding one month guest booking is followed by an interview and a selection process, especially to access controlled price units (see details in the Apartments Section).
Proof of income and of housing problems has to be supplied to be eligible for controlled low cost rents.

Families

Families will be given special attention given the availability of 3 and 4 room apartments and of facilities for children as well as for parents needing support. 

Co-housing

If the premises are available the possibility of house sharing (co-housing) will also be considered especially in the case of young people needing accommodation for 6 to 8 months.
